The later years of life can be especially challenging, but Grace Harmony Home is here to bless the homeless elderly. At Grace Harmony Home, we solely depend on fund-raising and regular donors. With love, we care about the needs of the elderly, understand their limitations and aiding potential solutions. We work with the kind-hearted community to help them enjoy their golden lives.
